How it all started – the journey!

As the name suggests, our story is a tale of two troublemakers, but this tale involves more than mischief; it involves passion, dedication, and a love for the American Staffordshire Terrier and other strong breeds, like Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, and Pitbull.

Our story starts with just one dog – her name is EXA, a loyal and loving companion who ignited a deep passion for dogs within us. As our family of canine companions grew, we embarked on a journey to formally register a kennel specializing in American Staffordshire Terriers, who quickly became an integral part of our lives.

Double Trouble Ast is the name of our kennel, But we are not just breeders; we are trainers, devoted dog lovers, and enthusiasts who have taken our passion for our furry family members to incredible heights.

In our kennel, breeding is just the tip of the iceberg. We are engaged in a multifaceted approach to our dogs’ well-being and development. Our dedication extends to various facets of our dogs’ lives, from intensive training to participation in search and rescue missions. Our very own ‘Hulk’ is an invaluable member of our team, showcasing the extraordinary potential that these strong breeds possess.

Participation in dog shows is another significant part of our journey, where we’ve enjoyed remarkable success. Our American Staffordshire Terriers have earned accolades and recognition for their exceptional qualities, highlighting their exemplary conformation, intelligence, and spirit.

With each passing year, our love for dogs grew stronger, and so did our furry family. From one dog to two, and then three, our lives became a whirlwind of wagging tails, wet noses, and boundless love. Many products in the market just couldn’t stand up to the power of our dogs.

We decided to design and craft our own products, ensuring that they met the rigorous standards of strength, durability, and quality we had come to expect for our canine family members. Our handcrafted creations were proudly made in Slovenia, a testament to our commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovation.
