Our collars are based on actual neck size, not collar length. When choosing the size of the collar, measure the neck size with cloth measuring tape. If you don't have on, use a string and then measure it with a ruler. When measuring, do not let two fingers in between, but measure the exact circumference of the neck.\u00a0<\/p>

    Our delivery time varies depending on the product that you've ordered. If you've ordered one of our Playdog toys or Gamedog products, which are mostly in stock, you can expect your delivery within just a few days.<\/p>

    However, our Double Trouble products, such as collars, leashes, and Softshell dog coats, are handmade to order. This means that each product is unique and special, and it usually takes us a week or two to make them. If you've ordered a personalized collar or leash, then it may take an additional week to craft it to your specifications.<\/p>

    So, on average, you can expect your Double Trouble product to arrive within 2 to a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of your order. Of course, we always try to shorten this delivery time as much as we can, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.     Yes, we offer a 12-month guarantee on all Double Trouble collars and leashes. During this period, if any manufacturing or material defects are found, we will correct them free of charge. If the defects cannot be corrected within 45 days, we will replace the product with a new one.
